3. Customer Agreement

We require each customer to review and complete our Customer Agreement prior to their dog’s stay at DGI.

4. Owner/Dog Profile

For new dogs, it helps us take the best care possible of your dog if you review and complete our Owner/Dog Profile. The more we know about your dog’s personality and preferences, the better.

5. File Uploader

If you have your dog’s vaccination records electronically, send them to us using the File Uploader.

6. Make a Reservation

Finally, now that you’ve reviewed all the information for new customers, time to make your reservation!
